TIIA has been appointed as the Investment Banking Advisor to the Metallurgical Industries Holding Company to advise them in relation to the US $ 120 million GDR issue for Amereyah Cement Company; in particular managing the process, the selection of the investment banking firm, negotiation with the investment bank, advising on the marketing strategy participating with them in the road show, reviewing the prospectus and documentation. TIIA also advised the HC on the selection of the Custodian and Depository Banks.
